TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders will be accepted by confirmation email and this date will constitute when the contract is made with you. 

 

Terms may change and the terms that apply to you are those here on this site on the day you  place your order.

Only payment in pounds sterling will be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The full price of your goods must be received before dispatch and you will be emailed at the time of dispatch.

Deliveries need to be signed for.

In cases where deliveries are made by a specialist art courier, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we will offer a full refund, provided items are returned to us undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Please contact us as soon as possible via email on helengarrottart@gmail.com if you plan to return your goods for confirmation of return and provision of a return delivery address.

Please ensure that the package is sent signed for and is insured to the value of the artwork.  Please note that the buyer is liable for the cost of the return shipping to the artist.

We are unable to accept responsibility for non-arrival of returned goods.

 

If the goods are not returned in good condition, they will be returned to you at your expense.

Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.
